What Is NDIS Community Participation?

Community Participation is an NDIS Core Support designed to assist participants to safely and confidently engage in everyday activities outside the home.

This includes support with:

Attending medical or allied health appointments

Accessing education or employment programs

Shopping and daily errands

Recreational and social outings

Community events and activities

Building independence in public settings

The focus is on increasing participation, reducing isolation, and strengthening real-world skills.
